KAGE is a Lagos-based streetwear brand providing apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods.
These terms apply to all users — including browsers, customers, vendors, and collaborators.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted on our site.

2. Products & Availability

All KAGE products are available in limited runs.
We do our best to display accurate product images, colors, and details, but variations may occur due to screen settings or material differences.
We cannot guarantee that all sizes or items will remain available after checkout due to high demand or simultaneous orders.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, KAGE may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed through Paystack, Flutterwave, or other supported payment gateways.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery unless specifically stated during a drop or promo period.

KAGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria via GIG Logistics, Kwik, or DHL Express.
Delivery timelines usually range between 1–5 working days in major cities and up to 7 working days in other areas.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or uncontrollable circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy (available here) governs how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
By placing an order, you agree to those terms as well.

7. Intellectual Property

KAGE is a streetwear retail and resale platform.
All trademarks, logos, product names, and designs featured on our site belong to their respective brands and owners.
KAGE does not claim ownership or affiliation with any third-party brand unless clearly stated.

All content created by KAGE — including our website layout, photography, descriptions, logos, and marketing materials — remains the intellectual property of KAGE Wear and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without permission.

Any misuse of brand names, counterfeit products, or misleading representations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of service and possible legal action.

Submitting creative work or ideas does not guarantee acceptance or compensation unless a contract is signed.
