At KAGE, we stand for quality and authenticity. Every piece is crafted and inspected before shipping. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with all original tags and packaging still attached.

Once approved, you can return the item through:

GIG Logistics, Kwik, or DHL Express, or

Drop-off at our Lagos hub (details shared upon approval).
Please note: Customers are responsible for return delivery costs, unless the item received was wrong or defective.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or item (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size is unavailable, you can choose:

A store credit, or
-
A refund (processed through your original payment method).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll get an update within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued via Paystack or bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
Refunds may take an additional 1–3 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
