KAGE Shipping Policy

 

At KAGE, we aim to make every delivery fast, reliable, and hassle-free. Whether you’re in Lagos or anywhere across Nigeria, we’ve got you covered.

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS once payment is successful, followed by a shipping notification once your package has been dispatched.

If an item is sold out after your order is placed, our team will contact you immediately to arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund.

2. Delivery Timeline

We currently deliver nationwide using trusted logistics partners like:

  • GIG Logistics (GIGL)

  • Kwik Delivery

  • DHL Express

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lagos: 1–3 working days

  • Other major cities (Abuja, PH, Ibadan, etc.): 2–5 working days

  • Other locations: 5–7 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
For limited drops or promotions, free delivery may apply to selected items or order totals above a set amount (as announced on our website or Instagram page).

4. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier name via email or SMS so you can follow your order’s progress in real-time.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@kagewear.com with your order number.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within Nigeria only.
However, international delivery options (to the UK, US, or Africa-wide) will be available soon. Stay tuned to our Instagram @kagewear for updates.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the package and items

  • Your order number

We’ll review and resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund (see our Return & Refund Policy).

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the parcel will be returned to us.
In that case, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
